The Federation is organized by artists living in the Toyama Prefecture, and is cooperating with other federation in making joint exhibitions (Art Alliance Exhibition), independent exhibitions (held every three years since 1992), local member exhibitions and workshops (sketches, drawings, etc.). The Federation has presented its works at art exhibitions outside the prefecture, and while its members are mutually devoting themselves to study, it is also actively cooperating with the management of various art exhibitions in the Toyama Prefecture.
