The brass bands in Toyama Prefecture have a high nationwide level, and each division has participated in National competitions and the Main competitions with excellent results. In addition, it is actively holding brass band festivals and periodic concerts in each area, which greatly contributes to the cultural development of the region. The Society is also planning concerts organized by the federation for music lovers, aiming for making brass band activities for many people.
