Toyama Liaison Council is organized by four groups. It was launched in April 1995. The purpose is to pass down and promote folk songs and folk dances in Toyama Prefecture, and to promote mutual friendship among members. As a main activity, the "Nippon / Toyama folk song kaleidoscope" is held in various parts of the Toyama Prefecture.
