The purpose of the Assembly is to promote mutual communication between seven dōjinshi (self-published print works) magazines in the Toyama prefecture and to hold a literary symposium once a year to promote friendship with the people of the doujinshi community who are engaged in literary activities and to inspire each other. The assembly aims to improve creative activities by exchanging opinions from various perspectives on motifs and themes, depictions of people, sentences, and the edition of the world of the literary works.

The seven dōjinshi magazines are:「素粒 (Soryu)」,「ペン (Pen)」,「風紋 (Fumon)」,「千尋 (Senjin)」,「辰草 (Shinso)」,「裸人 (Rajin)」,「檸檬 (Remon)」.
